Let’s Test South Africa – For Those About To Rock !

The "Lets Test South Africa" Conference is shortly to start. You have one very excited tester here. It has been a long time since I have had an opportunity to attend a decent international testing conference, and this one is right on my doorstep, about an hours drive in the beautifule Magaliesberg area. This tester is looking forward to his stay at the Kloofzicht hotel, where the conference will be held.

Let's test conferences are all about context-driven testing. We meet, talk, listen and learn from each other in order to build a strong community of testers and to improve our testing skills.

The first meeting, Sunday 15 November 2015 afternoon and evening, is for fun energetic alternative sessions aimed at getting to know people and reconnect with old friends. This will be followed by two full days of focused content ending with a keynote on the Tuesday afternoon.

The program looks very interesting. There are some workshops that I would like to attend, but I cannot, because it conflicts with another one. Perhaps my colleague and I can split and swop notes afterwards :). A different take to the program is the one labelled "Bar and Evening Activities" from 21:00 to 2:00. Not sure if I am able to partake in this part of the program, since I am morning person…..very miserable late at night.

Lets Test South Africa, WATCH OUT, I am on my way. I hope to blog at the end of each day on the day's events….if I have the energy!
