Agile Test Strategy in Digital Assurance

I presented this paper at the UniComm Agile Testing and Test Automation Conference on 26 May 2017

Topic Abstract: You often hear within agile teams that creating a test strategy is a waste of time. Some experts say that there just needs to be a general understanding between the different team members on how the product will be tested and that testing and quality just…happen. I will be presenting a sample one pager test strategy to show why we need to specify foundations and agreements regarding the product quality and the software testing approach. This will assist in establishing the level of required product quality that is committing to deliver.
